For the most dependable and precise framing possible, Robin Builders offers the DuraFrame interior framing in select styles. These styles include the Ruffy, Americana, Classic, Floridian, Guardhouse, Greenhouse, and Multi-Module. This precision frame is designed on computer, then produced by a computer-controlled rollformer. The parts are pre-punched, notched, and swaged by machine to provide the most precise frame possible. The material is chemically treated galvanized steel that is shaped into a 1 5/8″ x 3 1/2″ profile similar to a 2″x4″. Due to the inherent qualities of steel, this framework is superior to a wood frame due to steel’s qualities of resistance to insects, rot, or fire, the lack of knots and other cosmetic blemishes, strength, and light weight.
